Thank you for using the VRE MOBILE ticketing app and customer portal. By using the app, you agree to the terms and conditions of use. These terms govern the purchase and use of mobile tickets purchased from the VRE app and the customer on-line web portal.

VRE reserves the right to issue updates to the mobile app. You may not be able to continue to use an older version of the app that may be installed on your phone and will be required to download the newer version in order to continue to use the app.

Using Mobile Tickets

All mobile tickets are subject to the same rules and regulations of use as those tickets sold at VRE transit centers. VRE policies can be found on the website.

Reduced fare media are available for purchase on the app for eligible customers. Eligible customers must have previously applied in person at the appropriate VRE facility and have obtained verification of eligibility along with a VRE issued ID. Reduced fare customers and VRE customers can then register on the app to receive access to purchase reduce fare media.

Prices and Receipts

When you purchase a mobile ticket on the VRE app, the price will be displayed before you are asked to confirm the purchase. Prices on the mobile app are the same as those tickets sold from VRE Transit Centers. Once you have completed your purchase on the mobile app, a receipt will be emailed to you at the email address you provided when you registered your account. By using the app, you agree to receive account related emails.

Data Charges

The VRE app is free, however some data charges may be incurred by you from your network provider. All VRE Transit Centers and VRE vehicles are equipped with Wi-Fi, allowing customers to access and use the VRE app without the need for a data plan. VRE cannot be held responsible for any connectivity issues that may occur.

Materials, Ownership and Restrictions on Use

The VRE MOBILE app, customer portal, and are designed for the sole purpose of providing transit and community related information and allowing VRE customers to purchase transit fares and manage their accounts.

All images, logos, graphics, data, software and any links are owned by VRE. It is unlawful to copy, reproduce, create derivations, republish, upload or post, transmit or distribute the VRE app or any content within the VRE app or customer portal.

Privacy and Security of the App
